These terms apply when you buy goods from Wristbands Plus Limited through this website. Please read them before placing an order. They do not reduce any rights that a consumer has by law.
About us

Products and personalisation
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can look different between screens and printed materials, and minor production tolerances may apply. Product pages explain available sizes, materials, minimum quantities, lead times and personalisation choices.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, contact details, quantities, colours and other instructions supplied with an order or approved proof. Tell us promptly if something is wrong. Production may begin after an order, artwork or proof is approved, so later changes may not be possible and may involve an additional cost that we agree with you first.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of artwork that you provide. You give us permission to copy and adapt it only as needed to quote for, proof, produce and support your order. You must have the right to use all supplied text, logos, photographs and other material, including personal information about other people. We may refuse material that appears unlawful, harmful or likely to infringe somebody else’s rights.
Prices and payment
The product page, basket and checkout show the applicable price and VAT information. Delivery charges and any optional extras are shown before the order is placed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you and will not proceed at the incorrect price without your agreement.
Payment is taken using the methods shown at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the request; acceptance takes place when we confirm the order for production or dispatch it, whichever happens first. We may decline an order and refund any payment, for example if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised or the supplied material cannot lawfully be produced.
Before submitting the order, you can review the basket and checkout, correct entered information and return to a product to change its options. The checkout identifies the action that places an order with an obligation to pay. These terms can be printed or saved, and the order confirmation provides a record of the order information submitted.
Delivery and local collection
Available delivery and local collection choices are shown at checkout. Product lead times are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Please check the delivery address before ordering and collect an order only after we confirm that it is ready. Full details are in Delivery & Returns.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving standard goods to tell us that they wish to cancel. This change-of-mind right does not normally apply to goods made to a customer’s specification or clearly personalised. This exception does not affect rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. See Delivery & Returns for the process and model cancellation form.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for information submitted through the account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a consumer’s statutory rights. We are not responsible for a loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. If you buy wholly for business purposes, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed and provide the remedies required by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information and our Cookie Policy explains the website technologies used by the shop.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the part of the UK where they live. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern fairly.
